Locomotion- and Options menu update
This release improves the appearance of the options menu in which the user can choose which locomotion mode they would like to use. Currently there is support for Teleportation (default) and Smooth locomotion. There is also an option to disable the field-of-view limiting vignette effect that is enabled by default in the Teleportation locomotion mode.

(Added) Controller Haptic Vibration feedback when the user is hovering over option menu buttons with the laser pointer.

(Changed) Replaced Quad mesh with Box mesh to instead use primitive box colliders for the surrounding landscape barrier.
(Removed) Removed unused Oculus resources (Avatar, Lipsync). Saving approx 6 MB on textures and 3.5MB on shaders.
